FEES 

Commercial Vendors: $25.00 + 1 Item suitable for door prize with value of at least $20
Non Profit Groups: $10 suggested donation

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (all must be received by mail or electronically by May 25)

Vendor Agreement
Proof of General Event Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum liability coverage)
Proof of Non Profit Status, if applicable

 

VENDOR AGREEMENT APPROVAL

 

Your Vendor Agreement is subject to approval and acceptance by Parkersburg Pride and to availability.

Parkersburg Pride, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject your Vendor Agreement for any reason, including without limitation, booths which would be inappropriate given the nature and location of the event, or which may be offensive to PrideFest patrons.

Should vendors display, distribute, or attempt to sell items deemed inappropriate by Parkersburg Pride at the event, they will be immediately asked to leave and will forfeit all fees.

 

GENERAL EVENT INSURANCE 

 

General Event Insurance needs to be at least $1,000,000 coverage.

For PrideFest, the additional insured should be: Parkersburg Pride AND City of Parkersburg
Certificate may be emailed to us at contact@parkersburgpride.org or mailed to Parkersburg Pride at P.O. Box 2426, Parkersburg, WV 26102
