This year, Parkersburg Pride is recognizing businesses, organizations and individuals who have demonstrated excellence in the development and inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community in the Mid Ohio Valley. We are now accepting nominations for the following categories. Please comment your nomination for consideration!

Educator/ Community Figure- This recognition is for an individual, whether they identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community or not, who unapologetically advocates for the LGBTQ+ community. A person making efforts to strengthen the lives of the LGBTQ+ community through outreaches, and compassion for those struggling in there everyday lives.

Diversity in the Workplace This recognition is for businesses striving to make a safe and welcoming environment in the workplace.

​

Business Ally of the Year This recognition is for businesses owned by an individual not identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community who strives to create events, programs or outreaches that excels the LGBTQ+ community.

LGBTQ+ Owned Business of the Year This recognition is for businesses owned by an individual identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community who strives to create events, programs or outreaches that excels the LGBTQ+ community.

Social Media Advocate of the Year This recognition is for an individual, whether they identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community or not, who unapologetically advocates for the LGBTQ+ community in our online communities.

​

Influencer of the Year This recognition is for an individual who identifies as part of the LBGTQ+ community who has excelled in bridging the gap between the LGBTQ+ community and the MOV in an inclusive and positive manner.
